Sumit Rudra 

Sumit Rudra is the Head of Customer Excellence at Deep Longevity, based in Kolkata, India. He brings over 27 years of IT experience in delivery leadership and more than 11 years in technology consulting and advisory, including experience with top-tier consulting firms such as PWC and KPMG. 

Throughout his career, Sumit has successfully managed global clients, led multiple product rollouts, and developed scalable execution frameworks tailored to diverse client needs. His expertise spans large-scale government consulting and digital transformation projects, both in India and internationally. These initiatives have involved application development, complex system integration, technology consulting, business process reviews (BPR), IT strategy, business requirement analysis, training, and capacity building. 

A trusted partner and leader, Sumit brings deep expertise in client relationship management, working closely with CXOs and aligning efforts across technology and business stakeholders to drive client-centric innovation. He has a strong track record of growing accounts for both national and international clients, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. 

In addition to his consulting experience, Sumit has end-to-end product lifecycle management expertise — from conceptualization to rollout — particularly in the healthcare and BFSI sectors. He is also well-versed in quality assurance frameworks, with certifications in ISO 9001:2015 and CMMi v1.3 Level 5.
