Vadim Gladyshev
Dr. Gladyshev is a Professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and Principal Investigator at Galdyshev Laboratory at Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
Born in 1966, he started doing research at the age of 18 and never stopped. Over the decades, he has served several institutions around the world, namely, Harvard Medical School, Department of BioChemistry, NHLBI, NIH; Basic Research Laboratory, NCI; University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Redox Biology Center, Gordon Research Conference, Board Institute of Harvard and MIT, Dana Farber Cancer Center, Ewha Womans University, and more.
Dr. Gladyshev’s research has been focused on human aging at the molecular and cellular level, rejuvenation, comparative genetics, selenoproteins, genetics of aging, and associated diseases.
